1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking our services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Service Description
We provide in-home personal meal preparations services, including:
Meal planning & Extra cost grocery shopping
Cooking & kitchen cleanup
Custom meals for dietary needs (NDIS, allergies, etc.)
3. Booking & Payments
- Deposit: 20% required to secure booking of date/time (non-refundable if cancelled <48 hours before service).
- Payment Methods: Bank transfer, or NDIS funding (where applicable).
- Pricing Changes: Rates may adjust with notice or special requests.
4. Cancellation Policy
- 48+ hours notice: Full refund (minus deposit).
- <48 hours notice: 50% of service fee charged.
- No-shows: 100% fee applies.
5. Health & Safety
- Allergies: Clients must disclose all allergies/intolerances in writing before service.
- Kitchen Standards: Your kitchen must have basic hygiene facilities (running water, clean workspace).
- Chef Safety: We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe environments.
6. Liability
We are not liable for:
Food allergies undisclosed by the client.
Appliance malfunctions in your kitchen.
Leftovers improperly stored after our staff departs.
7. NDIS Clients
- NDIS participants must provide updated plan details and approval for funding use.
- Support workers/family members may assist during sessions if pre-approved.
8. Intellectual Property
Recipes created for you are for personal use only. Resale or redistribution is prohibited.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Queensland, Australia laws.
